The problem here is, we would love to be able to bring the Galaxy S10 H.265 files into Lightworks directly. But it seems that Lightworks can't handle Galaxy S10 4K H.265 codec natively. So, any available way to solve the issue?

The Samsung NX500 is an affordable new 28 megapixel compact system camera that offers 4k video recording. If you plan to get a video converter for Samsung NX500, you come to a right place. The NX500 is sized in line with most other mirrorless cameras of its type. The body measures 2.5 by 4.7 by 1.7 inches (HWD) and weighs 10.1 ounces. Like the NX1, the NX500 can record 4K video (4,096-by-2,160) at 24fps, UHD video (3,840-by-2,160) at 30fps, and 1080p video at up to 60fps. But unlike its pricier sibling, the NX500 has to crop the active area of the sensor when shooting in 4K or UHD. Can we import and edit Samsung NX500 H.265 videos in Lightworks smoothly? You will get the answer here.
