How to rewrap Lumix GX8 MP4/AVCHD video to H.264 for Premiere Pro editing?

The steps:
Step 1: Open up Acrok HD Video Converter for Mac as a Lumix GX8 Video Converter. When its main interface comes up, click "Add File" to load your source media.
